It is our pleasure to sell 54 Pemberton Av in Oceanport NJ.

This home built in 1823 has been lived in by three generations of the Conklin/Payette Family.

Back in 1961, this property and its owners were featured in the Asbury Park Press.

The woman in the photo is Janette Conklin and the child is her daughter, Debra Conklin Payette.  Jan passed the home on to Debbi and her husband Chuck in 2005.

We re-enacted the photo here with Debbi and her granddaughter.

We also did a video interview with the family.  We will post a link to that here, once published.
